【Plume更新】重新支持中文博客名

“无法将博客名设立为中文”的bug已修复，各位如有需要可修改博客名为中文。另推荐使用经典编辑器。

向开发者提交Issue 之后，开发者反馈很快，马上就把bug修复了。感谢！

各位用户已可以创建以中文为名字的博客，或者将已有博客名字改为中文。

此外就编辑器问题和开发者交流了一下，开发者目前已经发现RTF（新版）编辑器会出现各种各样的bug，推荐大家暂时还是使用经典编辑器。
