Collectivism

In primitive societies, individualism is right, might is right, and small groups of individuals (“elites”) brutally rule over everyone else (the “mass”).

In advanced societies (none yet exist in our world), collectivism is right and the collective puts its smartest and most productive elements in charge, for the betterment of the whole collective.
