Many Russians are ashamed of their countryfolks committing unprovoked civilian atrocities in the Ukraine.

No other event demonstrates better that cultural, ethnic, or religious unity is at best superficial and artificial, of the mental world of appearances.

At the same time, people from all over the world are engaging in the true essence of unity, the unity of values. In the case of Ukraine the values defended are those of sovereignty and the supreme value of the golden rule.
