Sorry it took so long

As you may know uploads on AV have been broken for a month now and downgrading the package wasn’t so easy due to dependency/library hell.

The solution

Downgrade to FFMpeg 4.3.2 by compiling that shit myself.

Just uploaded a test video and it seems to be working fine.

I also took this opportunity to upgrade PeerTube from v3.1.0 to v3.2.1.
