Ukrainian Canadian Congress proposes a ‘Ukraine Victory Fund.’

The UCC, a group representing over 1.3 million Ukrainian-Canadians, set forth the idea to include the fund in the federal government’s budget. If successful, the fund would provide additional financing for fighter aircraft, weapon systems and munitions along with a financing program similar to the Marshall Plan implemented after World War II.
